World-renowned architect Vladimir Ossipoff designed the Park Lane development. 

The complex, completed in 2017, has seven buildings, each 100 feet tall with six stories. Residential units are on floors 3-8.

The list price for the single-family home is $12,745,000 ($3,645/sq.ft.) for a 4 BR, three bath unit.

Layouts

There are seven main layout options at Park Lane, each with different amenities. Here is an overview of each:

Sky Residences

These 3 BR units are in buildings 3-8 on the 7th-8th floors. All residences are set in each structure's back end and have terrific ocean views, some with excellent mountain views.

Ocean Residences

These 3 BR residences are on the 3rd-7th floors of buildings 3-8, and the 8th floor of buildings 2, 7, and 8. Units are in the front section of the building, closest to Ala Moana Blvd. They have the best panoramic ocean views, particularly from higher floors.

Park Residences

Each of these 4 BR units is on the 5th floor of buildings 3-8. These residences have private parking garages. They are away from Ala Moana Blvd. at the back of each structure along Park Lane.

Island Residences

Island Residences have 2 BR + a den on the 6th floor and 3 BR on the 3rd and 4th floors of buildings 3-8. Some units have a private pool and attached car garage and are at the back of each structure.

Courtyard Residences

Courtyard units are in buildings 2 & 3 on the 3rd-5th floor and buildings 2-8 on the 6th-8th floors.

Many units mostly face the opposing Park Lane structure, but there are ocean views at an angle. On the lower floors, there are tropical landscaping views.

Units on the 3rd floor have a private yard with a pool.

Club Residences

All Club Residences are in building one. Units include 1 BR, 1BR+ DEN, and 4x2 BR options. Most residences have views of the Piikoi St. buildings. However, there are some ocean views at an angle.

These units have Park Lane's lowest prices.

Grand Penthouses 

Grand Penthouses are on the 8th floor of buildings 2, 3, & 5. There are only three units, each with 5,000-6,500 square feet of space.
